VoiceOverfor web main content but NOT menu or navigation, or link...

Even though I followed and completed accessibility tutorial for VOICEover. I still have a hard time to make a web page VoiceOver the MAIN web content (not table, menu, link, navigation bar etc). All I need is to have VoiceOver for the MAIN text paragraph after paragraph continuously until it VoiceOver to the very end of the text. I do not need OV-A, for it's going to read every single item....

I just updated my laptop to Sequoia; I noticed there's no support or community category for this new OS. Sonorma was the last version I used. thanks
