I get a pop up that says I have not ran Time Machine for over 200 days

Alright, I have once again been having problems with my Mac. I install nothing. I do use Photoshop, Premier and Logic. I have 2tbs. It is telling me I have 14.1 gigs free. Apple TV says 21.61. I have nothing on my Mac from Apple TV. I burn that stuff to blu-ray. Then, iCloud says 1.19 tb and Applications says 1.32 tb. How can that be.

So, I was running Time Machine. I started it when I went to sleep a few nights ago. I wake up and it tells me the drive was disconnected. Which, it was not. I got a new external and it ran. Rather fast. Today, I get a pop up that says I have not ran Time Machine is over 200 days. Even though, I did a day or two ago. Is that because I used a new external?

The only thing I can think to do, is just start my OS from the beginning. Forget Time Machine. Just start from the beginning.

This happened a few OS ago. Once there was an update, it was fixed. Also, I turned iCloud off and back on and it told me I had lots of space.

Since you started Time Machine on two different volumes, it thinks that you are still using both of them.

If you go into Settings>Time Machine, you should see a list of Time Machine volumes. You can select the one you're not using and hit the little minus sign at the bottom to remove it from the list.

Let us know if this works or not...
