How to reduce reflection on my MacBook when working fast?

I have the new MacBook M3 and it works fine, however, the reflection from daylight is really bad. Sometimes I cannot see certain parts of my screen due to reflection, this only happens on my Macbook as my iMac has not reflection and is fully visible. Is there a way I stop this reflection or just reduce it, because it is very annoying when trying to answer emails fast.
