How to change the nickname in Game Center?

Guys I have been having an issue from when i bought the new iPad air 11’, it is the fact that my game center name isn’t changing. I have tried to use a previous tutorial but i have a feeling it is outdated due to the fact is was made in 2015 and it doesn’t work.
