Using Logic Pro with Allen and Heath Sq5

I am totally new to using a DAW. Purchased Logic Pro 11.0.1 hooked up to my SQ5 watched 4-5 videos on Youtube describing the setup and set up the mixer and Logic Pro accordingly. I have control of the faders through Logic and vice versa. My problem is that I see no signal in Logic when I have a signal on the SQ5 mixer. I can not figure out what I am missing. Can anyone help a newbie? Thanks!!
