No access to iCloud

I just brought a MacBook yesterday, and I just set a new Apple ID because I forgot the old password. I want to connect the apps from my iPhone to my MacBook for instance, iMessages, photos but it does not let me do that because I have no access to iCloud in my settings account. It also doesn't let me sign out, instead it shows grey words due to some so call "restrictions."

Creating a new Apple ID is rarely the best solution. It sounds as if you have your old Apple ID on your iPhone and a new one on your Mac. If that's the case, you can't sync anything between the two devices. You need to recover your old Apple ID password. Once you do that, you can sign out of the new Apple ID on your MacBook and sign in with the old one. This should resolve the issues.
