Apple ID is not syncing with Goodnotes on Mac

I think there was some new update with Goodnotes recently or something because it all of a sudden just logged out on my computer. When I try to sign back in with my Apple ID, it has me put the passkey and everything but it never gets past the sign in page. Ive tried everything, even redownloading the app, and it still continues to do the same. Im not sure why it wont work on my Mac, as Ive tried this on my phone as well since it also signed me out but I didn't have this problem at all. I have it on my iPad and it never signed me out, so Im not sure why this really happened or where I could go from here. How can I get this resolved?
