iCloud - Sharing Parent Folder with one person and a Subfolder with a second person

Im setting up our WORK folder (Parent) on iCloud. Within this WORK is all our work subfolders and documents. I want to share the WORK folder with myself and the other business owner. And there are some subfolder folders within the WORK folder that I want to share with our staff members (eg the folders in bold below) but don't want them to view all the other folders (such as accounting or insurance below)

  • WORK
    • Website
    • Accounting
    • Freight
    • Insurance
    • Stationery

Is there a way to do this? At the moment I can only see that I can share the whole WORK folder and not sub folders within the parent folder.

Thanks
