Calls made to home or from home failing

My family has 3 iPhone 14 Pro’s and one Android user. Out of the blue, none of us can receive a call or make a call where the other person can hear you or isn’t all “wa, wa, wa” breaking up. Sales person at AT & T store was super nice and helpful & suggested we get new SIM cards. Unfortunately, that did not work. FaceTime will work in the house, but not regular calls. Calls made when we are away from the house work perfectly. Any thoughts?
