HomeKit secure video not recording

Hi, here is a thread that describes the problem really good:

I wonder if there is any progress in this problem - my recordings still do not work, and I tried all the steps.

my set up is the phone:

2x eufy indoor pan / tilt

3x Apple TV

1x HomePod gen 2

4x HomePod mini

all my record settings are correct, but I do not get any notifications nor recordings nor a timeline slider.

All I can see is the life view button.
