My iphone 12 pro with up to date software is not swiping up to open, and try using the volume and holding the switch of tactics still not responding and it's going into emergency call mode. Even to type the password number it's not inputing the numbers. What should i do next?

Plug in to your charger and see if you can get past the lock screen and into Settings app. If so, what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
