Phonak Bluetooth connection during calls
recently upgraded from a Pro Max 13 to a 15.
during the upgrade a new iPhone patch was released, which got loaded during the set up of the new 15. Since the new iPhone or firmware upgrade I have my LH hearing aid (Phonak) lose randomly connection and regain connection a few seconds later (LH unit is getting the impulse from the RH unit which is getting the feed from the iPhone)
when call streaming. Every time this happens a bell sound announces the lost connection or possibly turn off of the LH aid.
Phonak has been very good and provided me loan aids, same issue.
Is it possible that the latest iPhone patch or the anctual iPhone 15 isn’t compatible with the Phonak Bluetooth software or app?
iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17
