How do I delete multiple bookmarks from iCloud?

my iMac has the correct bookmarks and favorites my iPhone 14pro and my iPad do not show any favorites or bookmarks in safari. when I look at iCloud restore I see 10546 bookmarks show up. how do I delete all these
