I purchased ipad air m2 from apple online store with education discount and didnt recieved apple pencil please help me

An Apple Pencil is not automatically included with purchase of an iPad. That said, Apple will occasionally have an offer that will include an Apple Pencil.
Where available, the option to receive the Pencil must be selected when completing your online order - and this will be shown on your purchase invoice. Where applicable, the full cost of the Pencil will be shown, while the cost of the iPad itself will be reduced by the equivalent cost of the Pencil.
Be aware that offers, where available, cannot be applied retrospectively.
