Stuck in “other device” mode - Need to switch to “headphones”

I wasn’t connecting “headphones” (and, rather, a Pro Audio input) so instinctively chose “Other Device” thinking it would give me options … but it didn’t, and now I don’t know how to get it back.

Trying to get audio out of iPad and into a Pro Audio system.

UPDATE: never mind.. it’s working fine (there was a gain issue because—I assume— iPadOS audio volume is automatically adjusted when you plug in something .. nothing plugged in, I could hear music just fine… as soon as plugged in, no sound even though volume was plenty high on the external audio system.
