How do I find the Mastering Plug in in the main output stage, it shows up once and if i use it once I can't find it again it does not show in the FX plug in section of the master fader section, why does it disappear? and where is it to be found?

Make sure the Mastering Assistant is the last plugin in the chain. You can also insert the plugin from the main menu in the top bar Mix > Mastering Assistant ...
