Restrict controls with purchased movies

first, I like to say I like the way that Apple upgrades is support to add new ideas. Recently, I became ill and I bought some movies to support my condition. However, I did not want my family to know my illness, and I’m on family share, do you think it is possible that Apple can make purchased movies restrictive controlled?
