Exporting Leads to Messed Up Voicing (Time Signature Change Issue?)

I am having an issue with logic pro for iPad when I export a project into any file. I export major progress marks and this time I’ve run into trouble. In the project is a time change from 4/4 to 6/8 and eventually back to 4/4. I started at the end and kinda worked backwards until the halfway point. Exporting right on the 6/8 change to the end thus going back into 4/4 works fine and perfect. However, exporting one measure before and adding one bar of 4/4 then 6/8 and then back to 4/4 is the issue. When running this export, up until the last 4/4 is fine but as soon it comes this time, everything is out of sync, notes are just held out for fun, and needless to say sounds nothing like I made it. On top of that, I have made sure to make the end point have one empty measure and exporting with this one more measure is also adding 20 or so measures past the end point for who knows what reason. What frustrates me is that everything is fine from the exact moment it’s exported 6/8 to the end, and screws up the export just one measure of 4/4 right before.
