Not able to stream videos on Apple Music and shows on Apple TV

So I am unable to stream videos on Apple Music and shows on Apple TV.

In Apple TV the shows starts shows intro and recap and then black screen nothing shows on video window.

Same goes with video on Apple Music just a black screen. Thought the play head moves forward every second implying that the video is being streamed.

So far, I have tried to reinstall these multiple times but nothing worked so far.

I am trying to run these on my Windows Laptop.
