Unknown Error 1852797029

This error only occurs for me when connecting my iPod to the USB cable in my car to play a playlist of music.

Eventually it plays but usually after skipping many songs.

I tried the usual: restarting it, software and firmware are up to date etc. It happens on every try in the car but no other time. I also tried swapping in a new cable and that didn't fix it.

Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.
