Can't create partition using boot camp because of storage

I wanted to install windows 10 on my iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015) macOs BigSur.

It says I can only create a partition of 4GB and 42GB is needed when I have whole 537GB free space... I tried using disk utilities to create a partition but I can't, it says I don't have enough space
