When I open open firmware on my iBook g3 clamshell I get the error “Usb Setup Error: 5c000000 80001”
Followed by “ Usb Setup Error: “5c000000 80000” I have updated open firmware to its latest available update. Please help.
Earlier Mac models
Try this...
1.. Shut the machine down.
2.. UNPLUG the power lead to the computer and any peripheral devices.
3.. leave it for 10 minutes.
4.. Hold power Button in for 10 seconds
5.. Connect everything back up and restart.
Usb setup error.
