Apple music display: changing format of "last played" date

Since the advent of Apple Music the "last played" date appears in a USA format; e.g.

1/4/20, 6.08 AM

Previously in iTunes, I was able to see the date in a format more familiar to Australians; e.g.

04/01/20, 0608

Can the date format be changed Apple Music?

I am using a desktop computer with Windows 10.
