How can I restore my music after letting my iTunes Match subscription expire?

I let my iTunes Match subscription expire two weeks ago and most of my iTunes library disappeared - both music that I had purchased from iTunes and music that I had uploaded from CDs years ago (and then got rid of the CDs). I renewed my subscription but most of the music is still gone. Is there any way for me to restore my iTunes library to where it was two weeks ago?
