Is there a way to automatically launch accessibility keyboard in os when mouse is moved to a text entry field?

I'm running a Mac mini remotely from an iPad using a Luna Display adapter. I have the Accessibility Keyboard (AK) enabled and it would be awesome if the Accessibility Keyboard would appear in OS when the mouse pointer is moved to text entry window. Like the keyboard automatically shows up in IOS as needed.
