Apple Music Controls over Apple devices

When I play a song from Apple Music on my iPad, it didn’t appears on my iPhone Control Centre (so I can’t pause it or skip to next song)and also same situation when I open the song in the same playlist on my iPhone, it didn’t appears on iPad.

The error message shown in the image attached happened when I started to play a song on my iPhone while iPad is playing a song.

Is there any possible solutions to let iPad & iPhone sync the same song? Tq vey much.
