Is there any way to reinstall the Music App without losing any of my sounds?

8/31 my phone crashed and I had to reinstall the latest update to get it working. Since that time I have 2 pairs of Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones that sound only comes out of one side. Is there any way to reinstall the Music App without losing any of my sounds.
