Calendar in my Mac does not sync with iCloud

Even though my IOS is update, calendar in my mac does not sync with iCloud. It appears a Triangle with an exclamation mark (!).

I restarted everything...

Any suggestion?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

it says that the Server replies with an error: There is not enough storage place in the iCloud account; which is not correct because I have more than 30GB free (of a total of 200 GB). Then it gives me three options: 1. Retry 2. Ignore and 3. Restore the version of the server (forgive me any inaccuracy in translation). None of the 3 options work: nothing happens and the triangles with the exclamation mark continue there.
