iTunes Movies will not stay full screen

Windows 10 - iTunes installed 2 days ago

iTunes will not stay full screen when playing movies.

I click on Full Screen, it goes Full Screen for 5 seconds, then reverts back to its original size.

Tried Google - this seems to be an issue going back to at least 2010, time to fix this once and for all, Apple.
