When I open the section, there are just few options, such as reminder, contacts, iCloud mail, iCloud calendar, and that's it. Nothing else. Trying using the Find My app results in opening not existing page in the settings. What can be done to fix it?

You're right, I said Settings, which is found on an iPad or iPhone, and that where it is on those devices.
I should have seen that you were speaking about a Mac.
On a Mac, I use Spotlight to search for Find My
I think the general idea of using "Search" was OK, though.
I don't think I followed all that, but when I want to see "Find My," I go to Settings, swipe down until I see "Search," and I type in "find my." It comes up when I tap the result. It says it's in the Apple ID section.

That's the point, it's not in the settings at all.
Don't have Find My app in "Apps using iCloud" section
