How do I pay for my iCloud storage but not all my other subscriptions?

So I want to pay for my iCloud storage but I don't have enough on my card to pay for all the other subscriptions that will rush in and wipe out my card if I attach a new card. How do I pay for only my iCloud storage but not all the other subscriptions?
