I have iCloud turned off as I don't want my personal details sitting in a cloud that someone could hack

I do NOT have "Keychain" turned on & want to access my 'vault passwords'. I believed that Safari keeps a records of my passwords - Q1: Is this a correct assumption? Q2: If correct, how do I access & "see" my passwords to my "service providers" email account? Thanks in advance for any advice. PS: Also found that our internet service provider has 'limited' the number of emails sent/received to 8 per day which is ridiculously low.

Thank you "muguy". I believe the problem I am having is linked to my service provider when trying to set up an email account on my iPad + the fact they have limited how many emails I can send per day. It's a new 'thing' they've introduced without my knowledge or consent. BTW: I have plenty of data uploads/downloads per month, so this is new territory for me as we don't get to speak to an actual person, only a 'chat bot'. (Australia). But thanks again, anyway. Cheers.
