Uninstalling Problem

Hi, so I wanted to get iTunes on my computer and it said “There is another installation” So I clicked “Ok” and i started uninstalling, After a few minutes, it said “Could not uninstall, please uninstall using Programs & Features.” I went there, and tried to uninstall it, but it kept on giving an error saying “The specified account already exists.” When i click “OK” it stops the installation, and closes. I tried multiple times but didn’t work
