Apple Music app on MacBook Pro starts playing stuff that I did not ask to play after playing a song or video. I have found the Playing Next list and I see the button to clear that list. I see the infinity button but when I press it, nothing happens. It turns white for a second, but that's all. I have tried closing it out and reopening with the shift button pressed. That did not fix it.

The support doc provided does not address my issue. The “infinity” button is non-responsive. When I press it, nothing happens.
