Deleted “home” reappears in Home App

A while back I added a home to my home app. The home was a B&B I was visiting. After unsuccessfully trying to get airplay to work from my iPhone to the smart TV, I gave up and deleted the additional “home” from within the Home App on my iPhone. This is where I originally added it.

periodically the extra home reappears in my home app, with no devices linked.

I’ve deleted it several times, but it keeps reappearing.

this has happened on iOS 17 & now again on iOS 18.

How can I personally delete it, or check why it reappears?
