Where is "Favorite" in iPhone Photos app in iOS 18?

As I already posted several times in the thread that you apparently did not read before adding to it, If you take a few minutes to learn about the significant improvements in the Photos app you might see that it is a change for the better→Customize the Photos app on iPhone - Apple Support. I certainly find it highly configurable, and much easier to use. It did take about 5 minutes to learn, however.

As you apparently did not read the thread you posted to, which describes several ways to find and relocate the Favorites folder, I’ll tell you one of the several ways: touch and hold the Photos icon on the Home Screen, then tap Favorites on the floating menu that appears.

I love folders in an Album lol, great way to group stuff. Although with AI might not be necessary for the Type A folks.

It is under Pinned Collections. when you click on "Customize and reorder", you will see "pinned collection".

Drag that to the top and there will be your "Favorites" folder.

We don’t have Folders in Photos. I don’t understand what you mean by saying “click and drag Pinned Collections folder” to a “folder” in Albums.
