Issue With ICloud Notes

Hello, I've read one post on their experience & resolved status on his Notes with Apple issues. May someone enlighten me on the steps on how to resolve my missing Locked notes to reappear back to my Icloud please.. in the meantime THANKS! 😕 😞

Check in iCloud in "Recent Delete" to see if they are there. Also on the app in Recently Deleted. I also suggest that if you have Notes Associated with email is move the Notes to one place rather than have them spread across different emails. Makes thing so much simpler.
