Icloud become very slow on my Mac randomly

Hey,

I've experienced a very annoying problem between Icloud and my computer (M2 pro, bought in september 2023.)

I explain with visuals in this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7Q_Lvsfl8k

To summaries : Randomly the folder that are hosted on Icloud are very slow (and even don't respond) on my computer. It's just happening randomly and I can't seem to fix it...

Any idea ?

Finder is not responding , safe mode is also not working , you can't click on apple logo , applications are also not closing .

The system files are corrupted , erase the hard drive and reinstall Mac OS Erase and reinstall macOS - Apple Support

Note : make sure you have Apple ID account credentials , web mail address its password in you records , after installing Mac OS don't use third party apps / softwares in Mac , or use vpn services .

First, a hint: we are just users like you. Some of us hang around here from time to time in case our experience may help someone. We don't get paid and we don't have a schedule, and most of us don't have the free time to devote to a 5 minute video. A 5 or 10 second clip, maybe, if it shows something that can't be easily explained. Also, I personally don't like clicking on links from people I don't know. So I didn't watch your movie.

Let us know: do you have "Optimize Storage" turned on? What percentage of your internal drive is free? Is it only opening folders that is slow?
