Voice memos, from the icloud off my android

I broke my iPhone and I couldn't afford it a new one so I got an Android. Now I am trying to get access to my Voice Memos. I can get into my cloud account but I can't find the bulk of them. I tried downloading iTunes Apple Music on the Android button. It seems funky, and I'm still not finding them. Can someone help guide me back on track to get my Voice Memo recordings?

How do I sync voice memos (it's chagned)? How do I sync voice memos to my computer, please? I used to know how but since iTunes became "Music" I've been unable. I read somewhere that my voice memos should be syncing to the "Voice Memos" app but they're not. I also read that my voice memos should be getting stored in iCloud but that's not happening either.
