iCloud price change notification won't dismiss

Hello. I have received a notification on my system settings which says icloud price changed. But when I try to click on it I cannot. Selection instantly moves to the one which has selected already and the notification about the price change stays there.

Anything I can do about it? I restarted my computer. Logged out and logged in as well...

This was not what I asked. There is a notification on system settings says that the price has changed but it is not clickable to make it disappear. It bothers me a lot and it is annoying. Such a simple thing and apple cannot fix it?

Bu sorun dünyada sadece bizi bulmuş gibi... Hesaptan çıkış yapıp girmek sorunu çözüyor diyorsunuz ama ben Apple hesabından neden çıkış yapmak zorunda olayım? Bu niye gereksin? Bir sürü iş; Yok kopya oluştur yok yedek al yok dikkat et...

Yani evet... Sorun apple gelecek güncellemede bu saçmalığı çözene kadar devam edecek gibi.

This problem seems to have found us(Turkiye) alone in the world... They say "Signing out and then signing back solves the problem." But why should I have to log out of my Apple account? Why is it needed? A ton of tasks; Creating copies, Making backups, Being careful...

Well... The problem remains. We hope Apple will consider to resolve this nonsense in the next update(s).
