Since iOS 18, iPhone 15Pro Max drops my hearing aids in accessablity.

Wearing Oticon hearing aids. Always worked with my almost new iPhone 15Pro Max. Updated my iPhone to iOS18. Since then, the iPhone daily drops my hearing aids. They reconnect after turning my phone off, then restart. However at scattered times they are dropped again.

Is anyone having a similar or related problem? Must we wait for aa iOS 18 upgrade?

Thank you kindly for your reply, and for updating the app / firmware. Sorry that you still have the disconnection problem, after those fine efforts. You may want to reach out to Apple's Accessibility support:

Hi elkriverken,

Re: "Since iOS 18, iPhone 15Pro Max drops my hearing aids in accessablity."

Am no expert in this area, yet your questions deserve some response. Wondering if there is a firmware (or app if you use one) update for your hearing aids. You may want to check with your hearing specialist, or the manufacturer's manual, website, or support team.

As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community, there is no way for us to check what feedback Apple receives on an issue. You may or may not receive replies from community members here. You may want to send your own feedback to reach those who work behind-the-scenes at Apple : Web-form: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
