So I got the iPhone 16 Pro a few hours ago and I've noticed that when typing it'll randomly switch to the numbers keyboard. Is anyone else having this problem? Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't. It switched randomly and sometimes it'll do it over and over, other times it doesn't change at all. Any suggestions?
I have been facing the same issue lately and the keyboard is very laggy as well.
My iPhone 13 Pro is much faster and smooth than iPhone 16 PRO.
I called apple and they keep asking me to reset Phone and settings or erase things for different issues.

Mine is as well. Just got my iPhone 16pro this weekend. I even tried to “reset” my keyboard and the issue is still happening. I type a lot of notes and documents on my phone and this is definitely a glitch that is slowing down my work. Looking forward to a solution!
