iPhone 16 pro keeps restarting randomly and photo sync is stuck

i received my iPhone yesterday and in that time I must of had about 40 random restarts either while using the phone or left on the table, as well as that photo sync seems to be frozen at 50%, also I can’t restore my phone after back up on pc because it restarts every time I go through the restore process, this is my first iPhone in 15 years starting to wish I kept my android. Please let me know if anyone else is facing these issues
