iCloud emails arriving in Outlook as attachments

I have a large corporate client who has just told me that my iCloud emails have started arriving as attachments. This only started recently, and previously they were received ok.

Does anyone know why this may have happened and how I can rectify it?

Two things have happened that could have impacted this. 1. I updated to latest Mac software (sequoia 15.0) and 2. my client switched from zoom to teams (which I assume means they had some kind of Microsoft outlook update?)
