Apple iTunes on Windows 10: Genius Service not working AT All

Months ago Genius Service was not working in iTunes for Windows (Downloaded and Installed from Microsoft Store)

Whenever I try to create a Genius Playlist from any song playing in iTunes the Service refuses to answer claiming that I have to Update the Genius service or ... choose another song !!!!!!!

This procedure appears endless (non-stop) in iTunes.

What is my next step to overcome this failure ??
