How can I re-add a Playlist to Apple Music library

I added a song that I downloaded from youtube to my apple music playlist on my macbook. then, it said it'll remove the playlist from cloud music library. like an idiot, i clicked 'ok', so now i can't use my 383 songs, carefully handpicked playlist on my iphone, and can only use it on my mac. i have another old playlist too, which is still usable from both devices, so only this playlist is tweaking. how can i re-add it to cloud music library?
