Everything was working for two weeks. Today, I cannot stream any show.
I reinstalled the app and cleared cache multiple times. I even reset the TV, which required reinstalling all my other streaming services. But the app cannot stream. All other streaming services, Max, Netflix, Amazon, work fine. Also, the app works on my Apple devices: iPad and iPhone, just not on my smart TV.

I have the exact same problem.
Also crashes after 2 secs on Sony Bravia.
Tried force stopping the app, uninstalling the app twice, rebooted the tv, checked for updates to tv etc. No luck so far.

Same here using a Roku stick on my Sony TV.
If you use a Roku, then the TV model is not a factor.
Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.
Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.
If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
Same here using a Roku stick on my Sony TV. Tried all of the things you did as well with no luck. Apple TV works on my laptop and phone but not the TV.
Apparently the issue fixed itself a couple of days ago.
No idea what happened.
