iPod Shuffle Syncing with Sequoia?

Ever since the release of Sequoia, my iPod shuffle is not syncing podcasts correctly. All the podcasts are "Voiced Over" properly, but the same podcast plays regardless of the podcast selected. The iPod switches back between podcasts and music correctly. Additionally, even if you listen to the one podcast available, it never actually syncs back to the Podcasts app successfully.

This problem has repeated across multiple iPod shuffles.
