See the following from Use hearing devices with your Mac - Apple Support
You can pair Made for iPhone (MFi) hearing aids or sound processors directly to your Mac to stream audio and adjust their settings.
Note: Made for iPhone hearing devices can be paired only with select Mac computers with the M1 chip and all Mac computers with the M2 chip or later. For a list of supported hearing devices and more information about Mac system requirements, see the Apple Support article List of Made for iPhone hearing devices.
My aids are not on the Apple list.
Sorry, even if they were on that list, they wouldn't connect to your MacBook Pro as they only connect to newer models with the M1 or later Apple chip.
Thanks for the feedback.
My MacBook Pro has the M1 chip.
