Apple Music “Linked” to PS5 but Not Signing In
I am using the latest PS5 system software and Apple Music App version. I recently tried using Apple Music, but was unable to sign in. Selecting the sign-in option on any page returns a popup reading: “You’ve already linked your account for PlayStation Network.” before returning me to the sign-in screen not logged in.
I’ve tried the Reset Apple Music option as well as deleting and re-downloading the app on my console. It just keeps giving me the message and returning me without actually signing in. On one attempt (4th or 5th) I got the QR code page and followed the steps only to return with the same result. Subsequent attempts did not result in successfully returning to the QR code page.
